REGISTRATION

Eligible candidates, on the basis of the ranking which will be published on 13 November 2008 on the Master Internet site (www.dsa.unipr.it/master), must send to Servizio Master e Formazione Permanente, Via Volturno 39, Parma, within 27 November 2008 the following documents:

subscription request, to be obtained at Servizio Master e Formazione Permanente, via Volturno 39 – Parma, or downloaded from the University WWW site, www.unipr.it/studenti/modulistica/#8;
n. 2 identical passport photographs;
permission of stay (permesso di soggiorno) for extra-EC citizens
receipt of the payment of the immatriculation fee to be deposited at an agency of the bank Cassa di Risparmio di Parma e Piacenza, with a form to be collected at Servizio Specializzazioni or downloaded (B/18-SYM) at www.unipr.it/studenti/modulistica/#8. This must be given to Servizio Master e Formazione Permanente together with form B/16.

Admitted candidates who will not comply within 27 November 2008 will be considered as non interested; if there are self-declared non interested candidates, the following eligible candidates in the ranking could issue a subscription request, upon invitation by Servizio Master e Formazione Permanente, within 5 December 2008.

In case of documents sent by post, they must reach the office within the appointed deadline.

The administration accepts no responsibility for documents going amiss due to erroneous indication of address, failure or delay in communicating a change of address, post malfunctions or responsibility of third parties.

PARTICIPATION FEE

Immatriculation fee is 1780,00 EURO, including 29,24 EUR for official stamps.
